Can I try a class before I join?
Yes — your first class or training session is free, with no obligation. Ask the SLAtech Fitness assistant for a time and it will book you in right now.
I'm a complete beginner — is that okay?
Absolutely. Every program scales to your level, and our coaches will show you the ropes. Many of our members started with zero experience.
Do I need to commit to a long contract?
No lock-in. Choose a class pass, a rolling monthly membership you can pause or cancel anytime, or personal-training packages.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just comfortable workout clothes, trainers and a water bottle. We provide all equipment, towels and showers.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes — one-to-one and small-group personal training with a coach who builds a plan around your goals. Book a free consultation to start.
