Get Fit (Beginner)

Brand new to training? Start here. Friendly, judgment-free classes, patient coaching and a plan that meets you exactly where you are.

The Goal

Everyone starts somewhere

The hardest part of getting fit is walking through the door — after that, it gets a lot friendlier. You don't need to be fit to start, and you won't be thrown in the deep end. We scale every movement to your level so you leave each session feeling capable, not crushed.

Your free consultation is a relaxed chat about where you're at and what you'd like to change. From there we build gentle momentum — a couple of sessions a week that turn into a habit you keep.

How We Help

Your beginner toolkit:

  • A relaxed consultation and gentle movement screen
  • Beginner-safe classes scaled to your level
  • Patient coaching on the basics — no assumptions
  • A simple weekly rhythm you can actually keep
  • A supportive, no-judgment room

FAQ

Good to know

I'm really unfit — is that okay?
Completely. Everyone starts somewhere and our coaches see it every week. We scale every movement to your level, so you're always working hard for you — never trying to keep up with the room.
Will I be the least fit person in the class?
Our beginner-friendly classes are full of people finding their feet too. It's a supportive, no-judgment room — and one-to-one training is there if you'd rather start privately.
How often should I come as a beginner?
Two or three sessions a week is a great, sustainable start. We'd rather you build a habit you keep than burn out in week one.
