Good to know

Is HIIT too intense for a beginner?
No — every movement has an easier and a harder version, and your coach will steer you to the right one. Beginners train right alongside regulars and simply work at their own level.
How is this different from strength training?
Strength blocks focus on controlled lifting to build muscle, while HIIT rounds raise your heart rate for conditioning. Most classes blend both so you get stronger and fitter at once.
How do I pay for classes?
Strength & HIIT is included in the Unlimited monthly membership, or you can buy a Class Pass — 5 classes for $95. Your first class is free.
