Punch, move, breathe

Boxing Fitness gives you all the conditioning of a fighter's session with none of the sparring. You'll drill punches on pads and bags, move your feet, and string together combinations that fire up your whole body — arms, legs, core and lungs — while burning serious calories.

It's also brilliant for the head. There's something uniquely satisfying about hitting a bag after a long day, and the focus it demands leaves the outside world at the door. Completely non-contact, and welcoming to total beginners.

Good to know

Will I get punched or have to spar?
No. Boxing Fitness is completely non-contact — you hit pads and bags, never a person. It's all the fun of boxing training with none of the sparring.
Do I need my own gloves and wraps?
We have gloves to borrow for your first classes. Many members eventually buy their own pair and wraps for hygiene, but there's no need to start.
I've never thrown a punch — is that okay?
Perfect. Coaches teach the basics — stance, guard and the core punches — before you build combinations, so you learn good technique from the start.
