Lifting well is a skill you can learn — and it pays off for life. Strength training builds muscle and bone, protects your joints, sharpens posture and keeps you moving with ease as the years go by. In this class you'll master the big, high-value movements: squat, hinge, press and pull.

Coaches keep groups small enough to correct technique and program your loads sensibly, so you get stronger without guessing — whether it's your first session under a bar or your five-hundredth.

Will strength training make me bulky?
No. Building noticeable size takes years of dedicated effort. For most people, strength training creates a leaner, stronger, more toned shape — and better everyday energy.
I've never lifted before — where do I start?
Right here. Coaches teach the core lifts step by step with light loads, so you build good technique first and add weight only when you're ready.
How quickly will I get stronger?
