Spin is cardio that doesn't feel like a chore. You ride a smooth stationary bike, dialling your own resistance up and down as the instructor takes the room through climbs, sprints and steady grooves — all carried by a great playlist and a room full of energy.

Because you control the dial, spin works for total beginners and seasoned riders in the same class. It's low-impact, easy on the joints, and one of the most efficient ways to build cardio fitness while having fun.

FAQ

Good to know

Do I need cycling shoes?
No. Our bikes take regular trainers as well as clip-in shoes, and we have clip-in shoes to borrow if you'd like to try them.
Is spin hard on the knees?
Cycling is low-impact and easy on the joints. We set your bike up properly at the start so your knees track well and you ride comfortably.
What if I can't keep up with the class?
You control your own resistance and effort the whole time. Ride your ride — the instructor gives targets, but you choose what's right for you.
