HIIT

Short, sweaty bursts of full-effort work with quick recovery — the fastest way to build conditioning, burn calories and feel your engine grow.

Overview

Maximum results, minimum time

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training: you push hard for a short burst, recover briefly, then go again. That simple rhythm keeps your heart rate up, torches calories long after class, and builds the kind of fitness you feel in everyday life — from stairs to sprints.

Every class is coach-led and set to music, so you always know what's next and how hard to go. Movements scale up or down on the spot, so beginners and seasoned athletes train side by side in the same 45 minutes.

Every class includes:

  • A guided warm-up and mobility prep

What to Expect

Inside a HIIT class

Structured, scalable and genuinely fun.

Work Intervals

Short all-out efforts — think 30–40 seconds — that spike your heart rate and build real cardio power.

Smart Recovery

Timed rests keep the quality high, so every round counts instead of turning into a slog.

Scaled to You

Every exercise has an easier and a harder option, so you train at the intensity that's right for today.

FAQ

Good to know

How long is a HIIT class?
Classes run 45 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down. The high-intensity work itself is broken into short intervals, so it flies by.
I'm a beginner — is HIIT too hard for me?
Not at all. Every movement has an easier and a harder version, and coaches show you both. You work at your own intensity and progress week by week.
How often should I do HIIT?
Two or three sessions a week is plenty for most people, with rest or lighter days in between so your body can recover and adapt.
