Starting is the hard part — so we've made it as friendly as possible. The Kickstart is a four-week on-ramp designed for people who've never trained, or who are coming back after a long break. No jargon, no ego, no being thrown into an advanced class. Just the basics, taught patiently.

You'll begin with a relaxed consultation, then build gentle momentum over four weeks until turning up feels normal — and you've got the confidence to keep going.

Is this really okay if I've never trained before?
That's exactly who it's for. Every session assumes no experience, moves at a gentle pace and scales to you — you'll never be thrown in the deep end.
How much does it involve each week?
Two to three short, manageable sessions a week. The goal of these four weeks is building the habit and the basics, not exhausting you.
What happens after the four weeks?
You'll have the confidence to join regular classes or step up to a longer program like the 12-Week Transformation. Your coach will help you choose the next move.
