Barre looks graceful and feels brutal — in the best way. Using the ballet barre for balance, you work through tiny, precise movements and long holds that light up the muscles you rarely reach. It's joint-friendly and easy on the back, yet you'll be shaking by the end of every set.

Each 50-minute class flows from a dynamic warm-up through legs, glutes, arms and core, finishing with deep stretching. No experience needed — just show up and follow the cues.

Good to know

Do I need a dance background to try barre?
Not at all. Barre borrows a few moves from ballet, but classes are designed for every body — your instructor cues each exercise clearly, so first-timers keep up easily.
Will barre actually build strength?
Yes. Small, controlled movements and holds fatigue your muscles deeply, building endurance and tone — especially in the legs, glutes and core.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable leggings, a fitted top and grippy socks. We provide the mats, light weights and resistance bands — just bring water.
