Coaching, with team energy

Small-group training is the sweet spot between a class and one-to-one coaching. With just three to six people per session, your coach still watches your technique and tailors the work — but you get the buzz, camaraderie and accountability that come from training alongside others. It's motivating, affordable and seriously effective.

It starts with a free consultation and a movement screen so we can place you in the right group. From there your coach runs a rolling six-week block, progressing the sessions as the whole group gets fitter and stronger.

How big are the small groups?
Groups are capped at three to six people, so your coach can still watch technique and adjust for each person while you enjoy the energy of training as a team.
Can I join with a friend?
Absolutely — training with friends is one of the best parts. You can join an existing group or bring your own crew and we'll build a group around you.
Is small-group training good for beginners?
Yes. Every movement scales to your level, and your coach keeps a close eye on the whole group, so beginners and seasoned members train side by side.
