The kettlebell is one of the most efficient tools in the gym. Its offset weight forces your whole body to stabilise, so every swing, clean and press trains strength, power and cardio at once. You'll leave sessions feeling stronger, more athletic and genuinely conditioned.

Classes run in small groups so coaches can watch your hinge and dial in the load. Beginners master the fundamentals; experienced lifters chase heavier bells and complexes.

Good to know

I've never used a kettlebell — is this class for me?
Absolutely. We start every newcomer with the hinge and swing using a light bell, and only add load once your technique is solid. Coaches scale each exercise to your level.
Is kettlebell training good for fat loss?
Very. Ballistic moves like swings and cleans keep your heart rate high while building muscle, so you burn calories during class and for hours afterward.
Will kettlebells hurt my back?
Done well, kettlebell training strengthens the whole posterior chain and protects your back. Our coaches drill the hip hinge first so you move safely from day one.
