Functional training moves you the way your body is built to move — pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, carrying and rotating. Instead of isolating one muscle, each exercise trains your body to work as a unit, so you build strength that shows up when you lift a suitcase, chase your kids or hit the trail.

Classes mix bodyweight, kettlebells, sleds, bands and more into varied, engaging circuits. Coaches scale every movement, so you're always working at the right level.

What makes training 'functional'?
Functional training uses multi-joint movements — pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, carrying and rotating — that mirror real life, so the strength you build actually transfers outside the gym.
Is functional training a good workout if I sit at a desk all day?
It's ideal. We prioritise mobility, posture and core stability, undoing the stiffness of desk life while building strength you can use every day.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Every movement scales up or down, so beginners and seasoned athletes train side by side. Your coach picks the right version for you each session.
