Yoga Flow, or vinyasa, links each movement to a breath so the whole class feels like one continuous, flowing sequence. You'll build genuine strength holding and transitioning through poses, open up tight hips and shoulders, and finish feeling taller, looser and noticeably calmer.
Our teachers offer variations throughout, so beginners can keep it simple while more experienced students take the fuller expression. It's the perfect counterbalance to intense training days and screen-heavy weeks.
