Meet Marcus Tan
Marcus leads the coaching team at Peak Form and has spent twelve years turning nervous first-timers into confident lifters. He believes strength is a skill anyone can learn — with the right progression, patience and a coach who actually watches every rep.
Before Santa Monica he coached collegiate athletes and everyday members alike, and that range shows: he’s just as happy grooving a beginner’s first squat as he is chasing a competition deadlift.
How Marcus coaches
Marcus keeps it simple: master the basics, add weight slowly, and never trade form for ego. Every session starts with a movement check and ends with you knowing exactly what to work on next.
