Running is simple, but running well — and sticking with it — is easier with a crew. Our club pairs the accountability of a group with real coaching: pace groups so no one gets dropped, structured sessions that build fitness, and routes along the Santa Monica coast that make the miles fly.

Whether you're lacing up for the first time or chasing a personal best, you'll find your people and your pace here. Coffee after the long run is non-negotiable.

Good to know

I'm a slow runner — will I get left behind?
Never. We run in pace groups with a coach in each, and no one finishes alone. Whether you walk-run or race, there's a group at your speed.
Do you help with race training?
Yes. Our coaches build structured plans for 5K, 10K, half and full marathons, with tempo runs, intervals and long runs woven into the weekly schedule.
Where and when do you meet?
We meet at the studio and head out along the Santa Monica coast several mornings and evenings a week. Ask the assistant for the current schedule and routes.
