Olympic Lifting

Master the snatch and clean & jerk with expert coaching — the most athletic, explosive way to build power you can feel.

Overview

Power, precision, patience

The snatch and the clean & jerk are the most technical lifts in sport — and the most rewarding. Learning them develops explosive power, coordination, mobility and full-body strength like nothing else. Every session chips away at the details until the bar starts to feel weightless.

Classes stay small so our coaches can watch every rep, cue your positions and progress load only when your technique earns it. Bumper plates, platforms and technical bars are all provided.

FAQ

Good to know

Do I need to be strong or flexible already?
No. We start with a technical bar or PVC pipe and build your mobility and positions over time. The lifts themselves are a fantastic way to develop strength and flexibility.
Isn't Olympic lifting dangerous?
When coached properly, it's remarkably safe — you learn to bail a missed lift long before you touch heavy weight. Our small classes mean constant eyes on your technique.
How long until I can lift heavy?
Everyone progresses differently, but most lifters add load within a few weeks as positions click. We prioritise clean technique first — the numbers follow.
