Modern life makes us stiff — hours at a desk, in the car, on the phone. Mobility & Stretch is the antidote: a calm, focused class that works through your hips, spine, shoulders and ankles to restore range you didn't realise you'd lost, and quiet the aches that come with it.

More than passive stretching, we train controlled, active range so the flexibility you gain is usable and lasting. It's the ideal recovery day — and the thing that keeps you training hard, and pain-free, for years.

Good to know

What's the difference between mobility and stretching?
Stretching lengthens a muscle; mobility trains active, controlled range around a joint. This class blends both, so you don't just get looser — you get stronger and more in control through your full range.
Is this class enough of a workout on its own?
It's gentler by design, but it's genuinely challenging in a different way. Many members use it alongside harder training to move better, recover faster and stay injury-free.
I'm really stiff — will I be able to keep up?
Yes. This class is made for stiff bodies. Everything is done at your own range with props and options, and stiffness is exactly what improves fastest.
